Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will be highlighted in the shopping basket and the stock status for your order will also be notified to you on your order confirmation.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see the delivery times and charges.
You have the right to cancel an order any time up to the dispatch of the item, after which the returns policy becomes applicable.
Delivery Times & Charges
Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 48 hours, to arrive with UK customers within 5-7 working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives. Please note that we do only deliver within the UK. If you are a non-UK customer, please contact us via email or telephone and we will advise you of the delivery charge and arrange the delivery for you.
- Standard Delivery - Cost £4.95 per delivery address for deliveries on Monday to Friday only. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.
- Express Delivery - Cost £7.95 per delivery address for deliveries on Monday to Friday only. This guarantees delivery of your order within two working days, providing we receive your order before 4.00pm.
- Saturday Delivery - Cost £9.95 per delivery address. This guarantees delivery of your order on a Saturday, providing we receive your order before 4pm on Thursday.
In the event of a return the customer will need to pay for the return shipping costs of the products.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return the merchandise within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original and undamaged packaging. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
To return any products to us, please complete the Return form attached with the invoice and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange. Pack the items back in the parcel, attach the invoice and send it back to:

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Payment and Taxes
We accept online payment in a secure environment by debit or credit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£). All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate, which at the time of publication is 17.5%. Please note that all childrens' shoes and socks are exempt of VAT.
