Need help with what shoe size you need?
Shoe sizes can differ between different models, so to ensure that you have the correct size for your child we measure the shoes inside using a special measurement stick (to buy this measurement stick for home click here).

For purchases over the web, if you are unsure of your child's shoe size, we suggest you measure your child’s feet as described below and email us with both the measurement and the model you are interested in. We will then reply with the appropriate size you need.
How to measure your child’s feet:
1. Place a piece of paper on the floor, against the wall.
2. Ensure your child is standing up not holding on to anything and place your child's foot on the paper with the heel hard against the wall
3. Ensure the foot is flat on the floor.
4. Make a mark on the paper, where the longest toe ends.
5. Take away the foot, and measure the length with a ruler.
6. Email us as mentioned previously.
When the child walks the foot moves slightly forward, so always add a bit extra:
● Slippers & Party shoes: about 1 cm
● Autumn/winter shoes: 1.5 cm
● Spring/summer shoes: 1 cm
